The large 46’ x 24’ Practice Space, for use with large and small bands or groups, comes fully furnished with a PA system and mixer, microphones and stands, amps for bass, guitar, & keyboard, a drum set, and a keyboard. Located in an environmentally controlled building, load in/out is easy through the back door with no stairs to navigate!

‍The space is available to rent 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week as access is controlled with electronic lock controlled doors (one external, one internal). Two bathrooms are available off the larger room and all spaces are ADA compliant and accessible.

The medium-sized 22’ x 12’ Practice Space, for use with small to medium bands or groups, or instructors providing private lessons, comes furnished with a small combo PA system/mixer, microphone and stand, amps for bass, guitar, & keyboard, and a keyboard. Drums can be provided by request. Located in an environmentally controlled building, load in/out is easy through the back door with no stairs to navigate!

We provide live sound engineering and lighting services for indoor and outdoor events for gigging bands, events, and can even provide DJ services upon request. Full sound & lighting services generally utilize the following equipment (may be subject to change depending on use and size):

1) Midas M32 Live Mixer or Midas M18 Mixer (depending on venue and group size).

2) Mackie Thump 18 Subs (2) paired with Mackie 15 Full Range Speakers (2).

4) Stage box, multichannel snakes, and all cables necessary to mic and capture sound from vocalists, instruments, and other audio devices. Passive direct boxes utilized as needed.

5) Floor monitors utilized as needed. Individual IEM monitoring can be controlled through the mixer app.

6) Chauvet Lighting DJ Mini Kinta IRC RGBW Beam Effect Plus ILS lights (2 units) and 4BAR ILS 4 x RGB PAR (8 total lights) with controller.

7) Corded Microphones and one hand held microphone with full effects & compression/gating as delivered by the high quality Midas vocal pre-amp systems.

8) Travel to show and setup/breakdown included in the quoted price.

Have you ever had a set of strings break right before a show and not have a spare? Ever find your guitar/bass/keyboard instrument or patch cable bad with an hour to showtime?

If you have, then you most likely had to drive across Columbus to a music store and hope they have a set of what you use. We would like to help with the small items and make them available to you locally, when you need them, without having to wait for them to ship from a music retailer.

Music “consumables” are things like guitar pics, guitar strings, instrument cables, patch cables, valve oil, slide grease, reeds, etc. We’ll start small and see what you need, then stock it for when you need it.

Purchase of music “consumables” will be provided via a vending machine to negate having to wait for someone to be there to provide the sale.
